Student Membership Application

Application for Student Membership in CREW Orlando is open to individuals enrolled full time as an undergraduate student at an accredited college or university program pursuing a professional degree that will enable them to secure a position in one of the qualified fields of commercial real estate, upon completion.
CREW Orlando’s Bylaws identify the field of commercial real estate as professional services in the investment in, ownership, development or operation of income-producing property, including land and improvements to the land and rights to use them for business purposes. The applicant must be sponsored for membership by two (2) CREW Orlando Members in good standing. Please note that Student Members are non-voting members limited to ten percent (10%) of the total membership, and shall not be eligible to serve as a committee chair or a member of the Board of Directors.

Benefits/Responsibilities of Membership
Student Members will pay a discounted rate for annual dues, programs and Member Only events. Student Members shall actively serve on a minimum of one (1) committee. Student Members may attend the CREW Network Annual Convention at a deeply discounted student rate. Only Student Members are eligible to participate in CREW Network’s eMentoring program and UCREW program offered at the CREW Network Annual Convention. Student Members will be notified via electronic mail of any CREW Network scholarships including the criteria and deadlines. It will be the responsibility of the individual Student Member to respond to requests for dues and information in a timely manner, and keep CREW apprised of any changes in status or information.

Application Fee and Dues
Student Membership requires an annual investment of $90.00 plus a one-time $25 administration processing fee upon completion of the membership application. Student Membership (and all applicable benefits of membership) is held solely by individuals and is not transferable. A copy of your current transcript must accompany this application. Additional documentation may be requested for review by the Board of Directors at a later date. These documents may include references from employers, associates or professors who confirm your study of and/or involvement with commercial real estate, your professional aspirations and/or your strengths in the area which you are currently studying.
