Last month CREW Orlando hosted the 31st Annual Golf Tournament at Celebration Golf Club! This tournament was cultivated to support The CREW Network Foundation, which funds the CREW Orlando Scholarship Endowment Program and supports female students as they pursue university-level education that will lead to careers in commercial real estate.
The event was a huge success! Not only did we have 94 golfers total register, we had a total of 47 registered attendees for the inaugural Hospitality sponsored by Orlando Concierge Medicine. The cash bar was a big draw from hospitality attendees as well as golfers passing by for a drink. Throughout the day we had fruit and cheese platters for attendees to snack on before our BBQ buffet lunch. The tournament itself had multiple sponsors who stepped in to support whether it be a financial donation, a raffle donation, a sponsorship package, or company that provided swag items. The tournament featured Tower Realty Partners as the title sponsor, Dean mead as the welcome sponsor, Skyview Companies as the breakfast sponsor, Balfour Beatty as the lunch sponsor, WMG Development and Franklin Street as the challenge sponsors, and Little Architecture and CI Group as beverage cart sponsors along with many other companies who graciously participated.
Established in 1998, CREW Network Foundation is the only organization dedicating its resources solely to transforming the commercial real estate industry by advancing women globally. With the help of its generous donors and the Linda Hollemon Scholarship Endowment, CREW Network Foundation grants up to (30) $5,000 academic scholarships annually.
We were completely overwhelmed by the support and kindness that was spread throughout the day from everyone that attended this year. Overall, we raised $28,000 for the CREW Network foundation! We greatly appreciate the generosity from all of our sponsors and donors for this year’s event. We hope to make next year even bigger!
