Angela Garzia has over 23 years of experience as an environmental consultant and provides management and technical assistance for various types of projects, including Phase I and Phase II ESAs, tank closure assessments, tank system specifications and replacements, spill prevention control and countermeasure (SPCC) plans, soil and groundwater sampling and analysis plans, soil vapor assessments, pilot study activities, source removal activities, contamination assessments, and remedial action plans. Her assessment and remediation experience includes both petroleum and non-petroleum contaminants, including solvents, metals, pesticides/herbicides, and PCBs. Angela has also served as the Co-Manager for PSI’s Petroleum Contamination Site Cleanup Contract with the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) since 2009. She previously also fulfilled the position of QA/QC Officer for all of PSI’s offices located in the State of Florida. As a Principal Consultant, Angela is responsible for reviewing proposals and reports for PSI's assessment and remediation projects. In her role as Chief Engineer, Angela provides technical assistance to the PSI environmental operations throughout the U.S. Angela's client base includes municipalities such as the City of Orlando, Orange County Public Schools, the University of Florida, Orlando Health, private developers, and various other CRE related companies, as well as the FDEP.
