Join Carly Paige of Fit Living Eats for this online version of her monthly sold out cooking classes, where she will teach you how to get optimal nutrition on your plate without sacrificing the delicious flavors you love. You won't believe that healthy foods can taste this good.
This class is as interactive as you want it to be - cook along with Carly, watch and take notes, and come with all of your questions! This class will be conducted via zoom, where participants will be able to share their screen and get real-time feedback from Carly. Class will be recorded for later viewing.

We'll be making:
- Mexican Cobb Mason Jar Salad (enjoy it for dinner or save it for lunch for the next day!)
- Black Bean and Spinach Enchiladas (chicken optional)
- Blackberry and Peach Cobbler w/ Coconut Whipped Cream
