Distributed Work (Working Remotely): Looking Beyond COVID
Distributed Work is here to stay, and will be, to some degree, part of most organization’s long-term workplace strategy. There will be variances in how this is structured within each organization, and there will be some commonalities. In any case, some of the core components need to be considered and this presentation will address these issues:
- What has/has not worked and what is likely to change
- How will distributed work be supported moving forward
- What are the impacts on the workplace
