And you’ll learn about your inner sage, also known as your inner leader, which gives you access to the superpowers of empathy, curiosity, innovation, purpose, and laser-focused inspired action. When you intercept the saboteurs and amplify the sage, you stop relying so much on the areas of your brain that keep you stuck in survival mode.
You’ll also learn how to build your self-command, which is your ability to focus your mind. It’s what allows you to pause and choose a different response in a split second. Over our lifetimes, most of us have built habits of thought and well-worn neural pathways that favor the saboteur response to tough situations. But because of neuroplasticity, we’re able to re-wire the brain and build up gray matter where it’s needed to support the sage response to even the greatest challenges.
