All those that visit the library will have access to spaces that transform lives and promote literacy, creativity, school and career readiness, inspiration, culture, and community engagement all in one center.
The project was designed by world-renowned architect Sir David Adjaye of Adjaye Associates in conjunction with HuntonBrady Architects and is in its final stages of construction by Brasfield & Gorrie General Contractors. The library is under the oversight of the city’s owner’s representative/project manager Pizutti Companies. The project is funded in part by Orange County Government and the Tourism Industry through the Tourist Development Tax funding.
Students will hear firsthand the architecture and brokerage perspective of this project and how it came into being. A panel of distinguished commercial real estate professionals from varied fields will also discuss this project, the lifecycle of a real estate deal, and the various commercial real estate career paths available.
